Separated in 1841 from the Patte d'Oie park by the future Roederer Boulevard, this garden successively housed the school garden of the Horticultural Society and a zoological park in the 1950s
The Rémois landscape gardener Edouard Redont created the waterfall and the pond in 1895 and Jean Claude Nicolas Forestier created a rose garden in 1924. The garden was rearranged in 1982 in two parts "à la Française" and "à l'Anglaise"
It houses a neoclassical pavilion, the headquarters of the Horticultural Society of Reims. There are many trees and shrubs of collection including a copy of "Fau de Verzy".
