The mill, located in the heart of the village on the Landion River, is supplied with water by a millpond, itself fed by the river and the Saint Georges fountain. Built in 1815, it operated until 1957. The mill is a double mill: one part produced oils (rapeseed, walnut, poppyseed) with two crossed millstones; the other part produced flours (wheat, barley, oats, and rye) with two superimposed millstones. The mill is part of Etourvy's rich heritage, now being promoted by the "Patrimoine Saint Georges" association. Open by appointment (year-round, minimum 10 people), it is not used for flour or oil production. Contact the Domaine Saint Georges.
