The mill, located in the heart of the village, on the Landion river, is supplied with water by a pond which serves as a reach, a pond itself supplied by the river and the Saint Georges fountain. It was built in 1815 and operated until 1957. The mill is twofold: one part produced oils (rapeseed, walnuts, carnation) with 2 crossed millstones: the other part produced flour (wheat, barley, oats and rye) with 2 stacked grindstones. The mill is part of the rich heritage of Etourvy now highlighted by the association "Patrimoine Saint Georges". Open by appointment (all year round), it does not allow you to make flour or oil.
