Taunton Slot er et slot bygget for at forsvare byen Taunton, Somerset, England. Det har sine rødder i den anglo-saksiske periode og var senere stedet for et priorat. Normannerne byggede derefter et slot i sten, som tilhørte biskopperne af Winchester. De nuværende stærkt ombyggede bygninger er den indre gård, som nu huser Museum of Somerset og Somerset Military Museum. Bygningen blev udpeget som en bygning af klasse I i 1952.
