St Columba's Kirke, Long Tower er en romersk-katolsk kirke i bispedømmet Derry. Den ligger i hjertet af byen Derry i Nordirland.
Den nuværende kirke er bygget på stedet for romersk-katolsk tilbedelse, som går tilbage så langt som til det 12. århundrede. Den nuværende Long Tower Kirke begyndte sit liv i 1783 i en meget mindre skala end den, der ses i dag. Fader John Lynch, en sognepræst i Derry, begyndte at indsamle midler til opførelsen af Long Tower Kirke, og han modtog finansiering ikke kun fra romerske katolikker, men også fra protestantiske mennesker i Derry på det tidspunkt. Kirken blev åbnet i 1788.
