St. Columba's Church, Long Tower is een rooms-katholieke kerk in het bisdom Derry. Het is gelegen in het hart van de stad Derry in Noord-Ierland.
De huidige kerk is gebouwd op de plek van rooms-katholieke erediensten die teruggaan tot de 12e eeuw. De huidige Long Tower Church begon zijn bestaan in 1783 op een veel kleinere schaal dan we vandaag de dag zien. Vader John Lynch, een parochiepriester in Derry, begon actie te ondernemen om fondsen te werven voor de bouw van de Long Tower Church en hij ontving financiële steun niet alleen van rooms-katholieken, maar ook van protestanten in Derry op dat moment. De kerk werd geopend in 1788.
