La iglesia de St Columba, Long Tower, es una iglesia católica romana en la Diócesis de Derry. Se encuentra en el corazón de la ciudad de Derry, en Irlanda del Norte.
La iglesia actual se construyó en el sitio de culto católico romano que data del siglo XII. La actual iglesia de Long Tower comenzó su vida en 1783 en una escala mucho más pequeña que la que se ve hoy. El padre John Lynch, un sacerdote de Derry, inició acciones para recaudar fondos para construir la iglesia Long Tower y recibió financiamiento no solo de católicos romanos, sino también de personas protestantes en Derry en ese momento. La iglesia fue inaugurada en 1788.
