Slaget ved Rhodos blev udkæmpet i maj 1912 som en del af den italiensk-tyrkiske krig. Italienske tropper under generalløjtnant Giovanni Battista Ameglio landede på øen og kæmpede mod den osmanniske garnison. Efter tretten dages kamp sluttede det næsten 400-årige osmanniske herredømme over øen. Slaget var den vigtigste operation for den italienske hær i Ægæet.
