Culdaff er en landsby på Inishowen-halvøen i County Donegal, Irland. Kendt for sin strand, tiltrækker den turister fra hele Irland. I 2016 var befolkningen 237.
Den nuværende landsby stammer fra det 8. århundrede og var oprindeligt stedet for klosteret St Buadán, efter hvilket Church of Ireland er opkaldt. William Lawson Micks og Samuel Arnold Lawson fungerede som tillidsmænd for hundrede acres hedeland ved Meenawarra nær Culdaff på vegne af køberen, Jane Leferre.
