Slieve Foy eller Slieve Foye er et bjerg på Cooley-halvøen i Louth, Irland. Det hæver sig til 589 meter, hvilket gør det til det højeste af Cooley-bjergene og det højeste i Louth. Det har udsigt over Carlingford Lough og landsbyen Carlingford og kaldes nogle gange Carlingford-bjerget.
Slieve Foy er en af to rygge, der udgør Cooley-bjergene, og det er adskilt fra resten af kæden af Windy Gap. Det er et aflange bjerg, der løber nordvest-sydøst og omfatter de mindre toppe kendt som The Foxes Rock, The Ravens Rock, The Eagles Rock og Barnavave.
