Kilmacrennan, også Kilmacrenan, er en landsby, byland og civil parish i County Donegal, Irland. Landsbyens befolkning var 753 pr. 2016 folketælling. Landsbyens befolkning er steget støt over det sidste årti med mange nye boligudviklinger, der især henvender sig til overskuddsbefolkningen fra Letterkenny. Kilmacrennan var historisk set hovedbyen i den eponymiske Barony of Kilmacrennan, som er en af de otte Baroner i Donegal.
