Doo Lough er en ferskvandssø i vestlige Irland. Den ligger i det sydvestlige County Mayo på Murrisk-halvøen.
Doo Lough måler cirka 4 km i længden og 1 km i bredden. Den ligger cirka 30 km sydvest for Westport nær landsbyen Delphi. Søen strækker sig i en smal nordvest til sydøstlig retning, og bliver overset af den lange ryg af Ben Lugmore 803 meter på dens sydvestlige bredder og Barrclashcame 772 meter på dens nordøstlige bredder. Ved dens sydøstlige ende ligger massivet af Ben Gorm 700 meter.
