Doo Lough is een zoetwatermeer in het westen van Ierland. Het ligt in het zuidwesten van County Mayo op het schiereiland Murrisk.
Doo Lough is ongeveer 4 km lang en 1 km breed. Het ligt ongeveer 30 km ten zuidwesten van Westport, nabij het dorpje Delphi. Het meer loopt in een smalle richting van noordwest naar zuidoost en wordt aan de zuidwestkust overschaduwd door de lange kam van Ben Lugmore (803 meter) en aan de noordoostkust door Barrclashcame (772 meter). Aan de zuidoostzijde ligt het massief van Ben Gorm (700 meter).
