Doo Lough es un lago de agua dulce en el oeste de Irlanda. Se encuentra en el suroeste del condado de Mayo, en la península de Murrisk.
Doo Lough mide aproximadamente 4 km de largo y 1 km de ancho. Se ubica a unos 30 km al suroeste de Westport, cerca del pueblo de Delphi. El lago se extiende en una dirección noroeste a sureste y es dominado por la larga cresta de Ben Lugmore, de 803 metros, en sus costas suroeste, y por Barrclashcame, de 772 metros, en sus costas noreste. En su extremo sureste se encuentra el macizo de Ben Gorm, de 700 metros.
