Montefiascone er en by og kommune i provinsen Viterbo i Lazio, Centralitalien. Den ligger på en bakke på den sydøstlige side af Lake Bolsena, omkring 100 km nord for Rom.
Byens navn stammer fra Falisci. Senere blev den kontrolleret af etruskerne. Det blev foreslået, at Montefiascone ligger på stedet for det etruskiske tempel kaldet Fanum Voltumnae, hvor repræsentanterne for de tolv hovedbyer i Etruria mødtes i deres uafhængigheds dage. Under imperiet blev festivalen afholdt nær Volsinii.
