Det romerske amfiteater var en monumental bygning i det gamle Benevento. Historiske kilder tyder på, at det eksisterede i år 63, da Nero deltog i et gladiator शो i byen. Ruinerne af bygningen blev opdaget i 1985 mellem via Munazio Planco og Leproso-broen. En del af bygningen er begravet under skinnerne fra Benevento-Cancello jernbanen.
