Ferrara Katedral er en romersk-katolsk katedral og mindre basilika i Ferrara, Norditalien. Den er viet til Sankt Georg, byens skytshelgen, og er sæde for ærkebiskoppen af Ferrara samt den største religiøse bygning i byen.
Katedralen ligger i byens centrum, ikke langt fra Palazzo Comunale og det berømte Castello Estense og er forbundet med ærkebiskoppens palads via en overdækket passage.
