Kirken Santa Maria i Sesto di Moriano er en kirke i Lucca, som ligger i området Sesto di Moriano.
Af middelalderlig oprindelse, med et enkelt skib og en apsis, indeholder den i apsis'en et vægmaleri med den velsignende Kristus blandt engle, der kan henføres til "Mester af San Frediano", den mest betydningsfulde maler fra første halvdel af det 14. århundrede i Lucca. Kirken, som har en simpel døbefont fra det 12. århundrede, er i dag ikke længere i brug og anvendes som menighedslokale.
