Villa Pauly blev bygget i 1923 i centrum af Luxembourg. Bygherren var kirurgen Norbert Pauly; arkitekten var Mathias Martin. Huset spiller med sine hjørntårne på slotarkitekturen fra senmiddelalderen og renæssancen.
I løbet af Anden Verdenskrig husede det Gestapos hovedkvarter i Luxembourg under ledelse af Gestapo-chefen Fritz Hartmann. Husets kælderhvælvinger blev brugt til tortur og forhør. Huset blev et symbol på naziterroren og undertrykkelsen i Luxembourg.
