Rådhuset i Haag har tilnavnet Ispaladset på grund af sin hvide farve. Det kendetegnes også ved atriumet, størst i Nederlandene, lige så stort som Piazza San Marco i Venedig. Arkitekten er amerikaneren Richard Meier. Arbejdet med designet begyndte i 1986. Det blev bygget i perioden 1990-1995. Bygherren til byggeriet er ABP Pensionskassen, entreprenøren Wilma Byg. Byggeomkostningerne beløb sig til 125 millioner euro, det bruttoetageareal er 131.000 m². I den samme bygning er også Det Offentlige Bibliotek i Haag beliggende.
