Meerssen er en landsby i den sydlige del af Limburg (Nederland). Siden 1. januar 1982 har den været hovedbyen i den navngivne kommune Meerssen. Sammen med Bunde og Rothem danner stedet et tætbefolket område nord for provinsens hovedstad Maastricht. Meerssen har cirka 5840 indbyggere.
Basilikaen for H. Sakrament, i sin nuværende form dateret til det 14. århundrede, er et pragtstykke af Maas-gotikken. I denne kirke findes et 12 meter højt sakramentstårn, til minde om de mirakler, der angiveligt skulle have fundet sted her.
