Twello er en landsby med cirka 13.675 indbyggere i kommunen Voorst i den nederlandske provins Gelderland. Landsbyen ligger i det landlige område mellem byerne Deventer og Apeldoorn, tæt ved floden IJssel. Kommunens rådhus i Voorst ligger i Twello. I det 14. århundrede blev det kaldt Twenlo, men andre former findes også, såsom; Twelle, Twelloe, Twelloo, Twenle, Twenlo og Twenloe. Hver gang er der to ord at genkende, nemlig "to" og "loo", som betyder noget som to skove eller dobbelt skov.
