Woudrichem er en gammel fæstningsby ved Merwede i provinsen Nordbrabant i landet Heusden og Altena, i kommunen Altena. Woudrichem har over 4000 indbyggere. Det var også en tidligere kommune, før den blev en del af kommunen Altena.
Woudrichem ligger i den nordlige del af landet Altena ved udmundingen af Afgedamde Maas i Waal. Disse to floder fortsætter derefter sammen som Boven-Merwede. Dette sammenløbssted kaldes også "Tre-provinsers punkt", hvor grænserne mellem provinserne Sydholland, Nordbrabant og Gelderland mødes.
