Spanderswoud er et skovområde på cirka 213 ha vest for vejen Bussum-Hilversum, syd for den Franske Kampheide og øst for 's-Graveland og Bantam. I midten er der et lille hedeområde. På siden af den bebyggede del af Hilversum er der en række vandpartier. Området er under forvaltning af Goois Natuurreservaat og er forbundet med Bussummerheide via Natuurbrug Zanderij Crailoo.
