De Stella Polaris er en mølle i Dieden i kommunen Oss. De Stella Polaris har malet indtil 1957. Møllen var fra omkring 1900 ejet af familien Bijl; før det af familien Holten. Møllen blev bygget i 1865 som en kornmølle. Ved bygningen blev der blandt andet brugt genbrugsmaterialer. Således stammer de tykke støtte bjælker fra mølletaget og stenhuset fra en nedrevet mølle, der stod på den anden side af Maas. Disse bjælker dateres derfor allerede fra før 1865.
