La Stella Polaris est un moulin à vent situé à Dieden dans la commune d'Oss. La Stella Polaris a fonctionné jusqu'en 1957. Le moulin appartenait à la famille Bijl depuis environ 1900 ; avant cela, le Holten. Le moulin a été construit en 1865 en tant que moulin à farine. Des matériaux de seconde main ont été utilisés dans sa construction, entre autres. Par exemple, les épais poutres de soutien du grenier de broyage et le grenier de pierre proviennent d'un moulin démoli qui se trouvait de l'autre côté de la Meuse. Ces poutres datent d'avant 1865.
