El Stella Polaris es un molino de tipo postes en Dieden, en el municipio de Oss. El Stella Polaris molió hasta 1957. Desde aproximadamente 1900, el molino fue propiedad de la familia Bijl; antes perteneció a la familia Holten. El molino fue construido en 1865 como molino de grano. En su construcción se utilizaron, entre otras cosas, materiales de segunda mano. Así, las gruesas vigas de soporte del piso de molienda y del piso de piedras provienen de un molino demolido que estaba al otro lado del río Mosa. Por lo tanto, estas vigas son anteriores a 1865.
