Maastricht Institute of Arts, tidligere blandt andet Akademi for Billedkunst Maastricht og Stadsakademi for Anvendt Kunst, er et cluster af uddannelsesinstitutioner inden for billedkunst i den hollandske by Maastricht. Instituttet er en del af Zuyd Højskole og er beliggende i to bygninger på Herdenkingspladsen og Brusselsestraat i området Kommelkwartier. En del af komplekset er en iøjnefaldende bygning designet af arkitekt Wiel Arets fra 1993.
