El Maastricht Institute of Arts, anteriormente conocido como la Academia de Bellas Artes de Maastricht y la Stadsacademie para Artes Aplicadas, es un conjunto de instituciones educativas en el campo de las artes visuales en la ciudad neerlandesa de Maastricht. El instituto forma parte de Zuyd Hogeschool y está ubicado en un par de edificios en la plaza Herdenkingsplein y la calle Brusselsestraat en el barrio Kommelkwartier. Parte del complejo es un edificio llamativo del arquitecto Wiel Arets de 1993.
