Das Maastricht Institute of Arts, früher unter anderem Akademie für Bildende Kunst Maastricht und Stadsacademie für Angewandte Kunst, ist ein Cluster von Bildungseinrichtungen im Bereich der Bildenden Kunst in der niederländischen Stadt Maastricht. Das Institut ist Teil der Zuyd Hogeschool und befindet sich in zwei Gebäuden am Herdenkingsplein und der Brusselsestraat im Stadtteil Kommelkwartier. Teil des Komplexes ist ein auffälliges Gebäude des Architekten Wiel Arets aus dem Jahr 1993.
