Zinkhvid, Ing. Roccourstraat 28, Caestert (Eijsden)
Den gamle zinkhvidfabrik i Eijsden var traditionelt den største arbejdsgiver i Eijsden. Zinkhvidfabrikken blev grundlagt i 1870 af den belgiske ingeniør George Rocour og gik i produktion i januar 1871. Zinkhvid er et hvidt pigment, der blandt andet bruges i malingindustrien og gummiindustrien. Nu er her fabrikkene Ineos Silica og Umicore placeret.
Her ligger også kontorbygningen i en traditionel bygningsstil, der blev bygget i 1928 efter ordre fra den Nederlandsche Zinkhvid Maatschappij efter et design af arkitekterne V.F. Marres og W.J. Sandhövel fra Maastricht.
