Aan de Poel har siden 2007 været en restaurant i Amstelveen. Det ejes af Stefan van Sprang og Robbert Veuger, der tidligere arbejdede hos Restaurant Ron Blaauw i Ouderkerk aan de Amstel.
Restauranten ligger ved Poel, en rolig mose sø i Amstelveen, og serverer retter fra det franske og internationale køkken. Kapaciteten er 80 pladser. I Michelin-guiden for 2009 fik restauranten sin første michelinstjerne og i Michelin-guiden Holland 2013 en anden. Aan de Poel blev af SpecialBite udråbt til det bedste terrass i Nord-Holland. Desuden er Restaurant Aan de Poel i top 100 på Lekker, og Gault Millau har vurderet restauranten til 16 point.
