Aan de Poel es un restaurante en Amstelveen desde 2007. Es propiedad de Stefan van Sprang y Robbert Veuger, quienes trabajaron anteriormente en el Restaurant Ron Blaauw en Ouderkerk aan de Amstel.
El restaurante está ubicado en de Poel, un tranquilo lago de turba en Amstelveen, y sirve platos de la cocina francesa e internacional. Tiene una capacidad de 80 cubiertos. En la Guía Michelin 2009, el restaurante obtuvo la primera estrella Michelin y en la Guía Michelin Países Bajos 2013, una segunda. Aan de Poel fue declarado por SpecialBite como la mejor terraza de Noord-Holland. Además, el Restaurante Aan de Poel está en el top 100 de Lekker y Gault Millau ha evaluado el restaurante con 16 puntos.
