Aan de Poel ist seit 2007 ein Restaurant in Amstelveen. Es gehört Stefan van Sprang und Robbert Veuger, die zuvor im Restaurant Ron Blaauw in Ouderkerk aan de Amstel arbeiteten.
Das Restaurant befindet sich am Poel, einem ruhigen Hochmoorsee in Amstelveen, und serviert Gerichte aus der französischen und internationalen Küche. Die Kapazität beträgt 80 Plätze. Im Michelin-Führer 2009 erhielt das Restaurant den ersten Michelin-Stern und im Michelin-Führer Niederlande 2013 einen zweiten. Aan de Poel wurde von SpecialBite zum besten Terrassenrestaurant in Nordholland gekürt. Außerdem steht Restaurant Aan de Poel in der Top 100 von Lekker und wurde von Gault Millau mit 16 Punkten bewertet.
