Sankt Johannes Døberkirke er en romersk-katolsk kirke på Straatweg 146 i Breukelen i den nederlandske provins Utrecht. I det 8. århundrede blev området kristnet af missionærerne Bonifatius og Liudger. Det vides, at Bonifatius har været i Breukelen i en periode og har grundlagt en kirke dér.
Den Hellige Johannes Døber Sogn blev grundlagt i 1795. I 1883 blev der påbegyndt forberedende arbejde til opførelsen af en ny kirke. Den første sten blev lagt den 14. maj 1884 af byggepræsten W.G. van Vuuren. I 1885 var kirken færdig og blev den 18. december højtideligt indviet af erkebiskop P.M. Snickers.
