La iglesia de San Juan Bautista es una iglesia católica romana en la Straatweg 146 en Breukelen, en la provincia de Utrecht, Países Bajos. En el siglo VIII, el área fue cristianizada por los misioneros Bonifacio y Liudger. Se sabe que Bonifacio estuvo un tiempo en Breukelen y fundó una iglesia allí.
La parroquia de San Juan Bautista fue fundada en 1795. En 1883 comenzaron los trabajos preparatorios para la construcción de una nueva iglesia. La primera piedra fue colocada el 14 de mayo de 1884 por el párroco constructor W.G. van Vuuren. En 1885, la iglesia estuvo lista y fue solemnemente dedicada el 18 de diciembre por el arzobispo P.M. Snickers.
