L'église Saint-Jean-Baptiste est une église catholique romaine située aux 146, Straatweg à Breukelen, dans la province néerlandaise d'Utrecht. Au 8ème siècle, la région a été christianisée par les missionnaires Boniface et Liudger. Il est connu que Boniface a passé un certain temps à Breukelen et y a fondé une église.
La paroisse Saint-Jean-Baptiste a été fondée en 1795. En 1883, des travaux préparatoires ont été entrepris pour la construction d'une nouvelle église. La première pierre a été posée le 14 mai 1884 par le curé en charge de la construction, W.G. van Vuuren. En 1885, l'église était prête et a été consacrée solennellement le 18 décembre par l'archevêque P.M. Snickers.
