Zuidersømuseumet er et kulturhistorisk museum i den hollandske by Enkhuizen i provinsen Nord-Holland, hvor kulturen og den maritime historie fra den tidligere Zuiderzee bliver præsenteret. Museet har eksisteret siden 1948. Det blev udvidet i 1983 med friluftsmuseet, et område hvor forskellige kvarterer fra omkring Zuiderzee er genopbygget og håndværk demonstreres.
