Kapellet af Berg og Bosch er et fredet monument på Professor Bronkhorstlaan 10 i Bilthoven i den nederlandske provins Utrecht.
Kapellet fra det tidligere sanatorium har et åbent klokketårn og ligger i enden af hovedaksen på den østlige side af pladsen. Kapellet er forbundet med søsterhusets nordøstlige side via en korridor. Kapellet har facader udført i gul skorstenssten.
