Den 88 hektar store ejendom ligger på en sandryg, der strækker sig langs den vestlige bred af Dommel mellem Byerne Boxtel og Sint-Michielsgestel. Omkring 1900 blev dette sand, hvor der ved blæst var dannet en række hede, beplantet med fyrretræ. Gradvis har der udviklet sig birk-egeskov her.
På ejendommen findes der en gravhøj fra bronzealderen.
