Det Polsk-litauiske Commonwealth, formelt kendt som Kongeriget Polen og Storhertugdømmet Litauen, og efter 1791 som Commonwealth of Poland, var et land og en føderation af Polen og Litauen, der blev styret af en fælles monark i reel union, som både var konge af Polen og storhertug af Litauen. Det var et af de største og mest folkerige lande i 16.-17. århundredes Europa. I sin største territoriale udstrækning, i begyndelsen af det 17. århundrede, dækkede Commonwealth næsten 1.000.000 km2 og opretholdt pr. 1618 en multietnisk befolkning på næsten 12 millioner. Polsk og latin var de to co-officielle sprog.
