Cortlandt Street var en ekspressstation ved Greenwich Street på den nedrevne IRT Ninth Avenue Line i Manhattan, New York City. Den blev bygget som en erstatning for den oprindelige sydlige terminal ved Dey Street. Den havde tre spor, én midterperron og to sideperroner. Den blev betjent af tog fra IRT Ninth Avenue Line. Den lukkede den 11. juni 1940. Det næste sydbound stop for alle tog var Rector Street. Det næste nordbound lokal stop var Barclay Street. Det næste nordbound ekspress stop var Warren Street.
Stationen var beliggende to blokke fra Liberty Street Ferry Terminal og Cortland Street Ferry Depot. Disse var de vigtigste færgeterminaler for passagerer, der rejste til Communipaw Terminal og Exchange Place Terminal i Jersey City.
