Cortlandt Street era una stazione espressa a Greenwich Street sulla demolita IRT Ninth Avenue Line a Manhattan, New York City. Fu costruita come sostituzione dell'originale termine meridionale a Dey Street. Aveva tre binari, una banchina centrale e due banchine laterali. Era servita dai treni della IRT Ninth Avenue Line. Chiuse l'11 giugno 1940. La prossima fermata a sud per tutti i treni era Rector Street. La prossima fermata locale a nord era Barclay Street. La prossima fermata espressa a nord era Warren Street.
La stazione era situata a due isolati dal Liberty Street Ferry Terminal e dal Cortland Street Ferry Depot. Questi erano i principali terminal dei traghetti per i passeggeri che viaggiavano verso Communipaw Terminal e Exchange Place Terminal a Jersey City.
