Cortlandt Street war eine Expressstation an der Greenwich Street auf der abgerissenen IRT Ninth Avenue Line in Manhattan, New York City. Sie wurde als Ersatz für den ursprünglichen südlichen Endpunkt an der Dey Street erbaut. Sie hatte drei Gleise, einen Mittelbahnsteig und zwei Seitenbahnsteige. Sie wurde von Zügen der IRT Ninth Avenue Line bedient. Sie wurde am 11. Juni 1940 geschlossen. Der nächste Halt für alle Züge in Richtung Süden war die Rector Street. Der nächste Halt für lokale Züge in Richtung Norden war die Barclay Street. Der nächste Expresshalt in Richtung Norden war die Warren Street.
Die Station befand sich zwei Blocks vom Liberty Street Ferry Terminal und dem Cortland Street Ferry Depot entfernt. Dies waren die Hauptfährenterminals für Passagiere, die zum Communipaw Terminal und zum Exchange Place Terminal in Jersey City reisten.
