Der Hafen De Meerpaal liegt in den Wäldern am Kanal von Bocholt-Herentals, etwa neun Kilometer vom Zentrum von Lommel entfernt. De Meerpaal verfügt über vierzig Liegeplätze mit luxuriösen Annehmlichkeiten. Für jede Yacht gibt es Stromanschlüsse. Der Hafen ist beleuchtet und es gibt sanitäre Einrichtungen. Im Hafen befindet sich eine gemütliche Taverne. Außerdem wurden in der unmittelbaren Nähe des Hafens verschiedene Fahrrad- und Wanderwege ausgearbeitet.
