Vosselare Put ist ein alter Leiearm, der etwa 1861 entstand, als die Leie über eine Strecke von 500 Metern kanalisiert wurde und das Astene sas gebaut wurde. Jeder kann in diesem einzigartigen Stück Natur in Deinze schwimmen und sich erholen. An glühend heißen Tagen kommen Jung und Alt hierher, um sich im anerkannten Badegewässer Abkühlung zu verschaffen. Im Winter kann man dort Eisbären beobachten und bei strengen Frost verwandelt sich dieser Wassersee in eine immense Eisbahn!
