Einst müssen unzählige Windmühlen in der Polderlandschaft gestanden haben. Heute ist die Kalfmolen am Graaf Jansdeich eine der einzigen erhalten gebliebenen Mühlen. Sie wurde im 17. Jahrhundert erbaut und war bis 1926 in Betrieb. 1980 wurde dieses Monument der lokalen Geschichte wieder zum Leben erweckt. Seitdem wird dort während des Mühlenfestes im September wieder Korn gemahlen. Die Mühle ist an den Sommerwochenenden in Betrieb.
