Die zweite Schlacht bei Kortrijk fand während des Ersten Koalitionskriegs in der Nähe von Kortrijk statt, damals in den Österreichischen Niederlanden, etwa 85 Kilometer westlich von Brüssel gelegen.
Die Armee der Ersten Französischen Republik unter dem Kommando von Jean-Charles Pichegru griff die Koalitionstruppen an, die unter dem Befehl des österreichischen Feldmarschalls François Charles Joseph Sébastien de Croix, Graf von Clerfayt, und Prinz Friedrich, Herzog von York und Albany, standen.
