Das aktuelle Bahnhofsgebäude stammt aus der Zeit von 1930-1931. Die rechte Seite des Bahnhofsgebäudes wurde 1974 abgerissen, um die Zentrale Brücke zwischen Emelgem und Izegem zu bauen, die neben den Gleisen auch den Kanal Roeselare-Leie überspannt. Außerdem ist ein vollständig intaktes Güterschuppen vorhanden, der sich nach wie vor im Besitz der NMBS befindet. Auf dem ehemaligen Güterhof wurde ein Parkplatz für über 400 Autos angelegt.
