L'attuale edificio della stazione risale al periodo 1930-1931. Il lato destro dell'edificio della stazione è stato demolito nel 1974 per la costruzione del ponte centrale tra Emelgem e Izegem, che attraversa sia i binari che il canale Roeselare-Leie. Inoltre, è presente un magazzino merci completamente intatto, ancora di proprietà delle ferrovie belghe (NMBS). Nell'ex piazzale merci è stato creato un parcheggio per oltre 400 auto.
